Challenge for today: Do something good for yourself, like take a walk, run, or do a half hour yoga class. Maybe even a dance lesson!

Then, do something for someone else. Treat someone to a movie or pick flowers for someone who needs a reminder that they are cherished.

Stop being too busy. Its always a choice how we spend our time. So, choose love and kindness.
