Almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes, hemp, and flax ground up to a powder, combine with salt, pepper, egg, and some coconut oil. Roll out with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Serve crackers with guacamole using kefir grains for an extra boost.
For small group, I made individual chocolate peanut butter cupcakes in a jar. (can we just say, happiness Miss Piggy?)
