Genuine Living 3

.Day 3.

Proverbs 17:22
“A cheerful heart is good medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”

Often times I find it quite amusing how one person’s attitude can transform those around. Whether it be a happy, mad, sad, joyous, or a mundane disposition, we control the atmosphere at least half the time.

We; as Christians, have a bad reputation as it is, so I believe that the first way we can begin to alter this is through our overall outlook on life and the way we approach it.

Smile more

A smile has an interesting effect. Generally, when some one smiles at you, you smile back. Why? It may be a kind gesture, but it’s also an uplifting and kind thing that makes us happier on the inside!

smile is a natural drug; some people have an addiction to it, some use it as a cover up, others use it in spurts, and to others it comes naturally and consistently. It’s contagious! A smile can light up the room and draw attention.

People may wonder:
“What is the reason behind that vivacious smile?”
“I want to have, what they have”

Let’s watch our attitudes more often and SMILE more!
